  1. Day 01 ARRIVE AMRITSAR

    Arrive Amritsar International Airport. On arrival meet and greet by Unlimited India representative who will take you to the hotel. Check in hotel. Overnight Stay at Amritsar Hotel.

  2. Day 02 AMRITSAR SIGHTSEEING

    After breakfast, visit The Golden Temple – the holiest shrine of the Sikh religion. It was built by the fifth Sikh guru, Guru Arjan, in the 16th Century. In 1604, Guru Arjan completed the Adi Granth, the holy scripture of Sikhism. There are four doors to get into the Harmandir Sahib, which symbolize the openness of the Sikhs towards all people and religions. The Gurdwara is surrounded by a large lake or holy tank, known as the Sarovar, which consists of Amrit (holy water). Sri Harmandir Sahib is the heritage of the Sikh people gathered in their five hundred years old history.

    Then visit Jallianwala Bagh which is a memorial to the countless numbers of innocent Indians which were massacred by General Dyer in 13 April 1919 which happened to be ’Baisakhi’, one of Punjab’s largest religious festivals. British General, Edward Dyer, ordered his soldiers to opened fire on an unarmed gathering of Hundreds of men, women and children in this place. Return back to hotel for some relax, Afternoon proceed to some relax at hotel, Later visit Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony- Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening ”Beating the Retreat” ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervor rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. The Wagah check-point is about mid-way between the cities of Lahore in Pakistan and Amritsar in India, each about 30 kilometres away. Return back and overnight at Amritsar Hotel.

  3. Day 03 AMRITSAR SIGHTSEEING – SHIMLA (By Road 350Kms/ 07 HRS)

    Morning after early breakfast leave for Shimla, Evening reach Shimla and Overnight at Shimla Hotel.

  4. Day 04 SHIMLA SIGHTSEEING

    Morning after breakfast visit to the mock Tudor Library, the famous Gaiety Theatre, and the Viceregal Lodge. If time permits then visit to Kufri,  It’s located about 20 kilometers from Shimla, and is popular for its beautiful landscapes, cool climate, and outdoor activities.  You’ll also have time to explore the Mall in evening. The afternoon is free to explore the hill station at your leisure. Overnight at Shimla.

  5. Day 05 SHIMLA – MANALI (270 Kms / 6.5 Hrs)

    After breakfast check out from hotel, drive to Manali, Manali : at the northern end of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, is a hill station situated at a height of 2050 m (6398 ft) in the Himalayas. Situated on the Banks of Beas river, it is a popular tourist spot for Indians in summer and a magical, snow-covered place in winter. A staging point for a number of treks (Beas Kund, Chandrakhani Pass) and sports such as white-water rafting, Manali is also on the road to Ladakh via the valley of Lahaul and Spiti and rohtang pass which is main attraction near Manali. Arrive at Manali and check in the hotel, Rest of the day is at leisure to If time permits visit the local markets return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay at Manali.

  6. Day 06 MANALI SIGHTSEEING

    Today morning after breakfast take a walking tour to Hadimba Temple built with excellent wood carving. Vashisht village having hot sulphur springs and Tibetan Monastery. Evening free for personal activities. Dinner and Overnight in hotel at Manali.

  7. Day 07 MANALI – ROHTANG PASS – MANALI

    Today after breakfast enjoy excursion to Rohtang Pass also called Snow point- enjoy the beauty of year-round snow caped mountains. The Rohtang Pass is 51 kilometres from Manali. This pass is inaccessible for nearly eight months of the year due to snow cover. Enjoy day at there and evening return to Manali and Overnight Manali Hotel.

    Note: Rohtang Pass will be closed on Tuesday. ( Rohtang Pass Sightseeing is not included from 15th May 2016 onwards. It will be chargeable extra payable directly by the guest to the local vehicles) Only 4×4 Local Himachal Vehicles are allowed to go Rohtang Pass with the Permit issued by State Government.

  8. Day 08 MANALI – CHANDIGARH (290 Kms / 7 Hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive to Chandigarh. Check-in the hotel. Afternoon visit to Rock garden- a spectacular park showcasing beauteous rock cut sculptures and other sightseeing spot such as Museum and Art Gallery, Pinjore Garden and more. Overnight stay at Chandigarh.

  9. Day 09 Chandigarh – Agra (460 Kms / 8 Hrs)

    Morning after breakfast drive to Agra, On the way stop over for lunch, Agra, beautifully situated on the banks of river Yamuna. It achieved prominence as the capital of the Mughal Emperors from 1526 to 1628, remains major tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era monuments, most notably the Taj Mahal. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

  10. Day 10 AGRA SIGHTSEEING

    Morning after breakfast we start today our sightseeing by a visit to the Agra Fort, built by three of the greatest Mughal emperors. The construction of this massive structure began in 1565 under Akbar’s reign and continued till the time of his grandson’s reign, Shah Jahan who built the impressive imperial quarters and mosque. After the visit of Agra Fort we proceed to visit the most beautiful monument of India, the Taj Mahal, an enduring monument to love, with a continually fulfilling beauty. It was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1631-52, as a tomb and memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal (Jewel of the Palace), who died at the age of 39 giving birth to her 14th child. We spend enough time at Taj Mahal to take this impressive memory home. After the visit of Taj Mahal we have a look at the famous fine marble inlay work which is still being done in Agra by the descendants of the families of builders and artists of the Taj Mahal.

  11. Day 11 AGRA – NEW DELHI – FLY BACK HOME (250 Kms / 5 Hrs)

    Morning at leisure and later drive to New Delhi Airport, reach New Delhi and you will be dropped off at New Delhi Airport to Catch a Flight to Home Destination.

    Tour Ends with Pleasant memories of Northern India.

  • In case of any Natural Calamities / Heavy Snowfall / Road Blocks / Floods / Permits not being issued or any similar contingencies no alternate sightseeing will be possible then there would be no refund possible because of unforeseen circumstances.
  • Vehicles for the Rohtang Pass must be reserved through the local union and paid for directly.
  • The Shimla and Kangra State Museums, as well as the Viceregal Lodge and Roerich Art Gallery in Naggar, are closed on Mondays and all government holidays.
  • The Kufri Zoo is also closed on Mondays.
  • Charges for the heater in the room are made on a direct payment basis.
  • Hotels on Mall Road: Please keep in mind that if vehicles are not permitted on Mall Road, guests will be dropped off at the nearest parking lot and must walk.
  • The Rohtang Pass is 51 kilometres from Manali. This pass is inaccessible for nearly eight months of the year due to snow cover. Weather can be bad over there so guest cooperation will be required and the guests must follow the guidelines given by our representative.
  • Snow clothes, jackets, and gum boots can be rented from shops along Rohtang Road; additional fees may apply.
