Day 01 Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi by international flight. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 Sightseeing In Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will be given tour of Old and New Delhi . Evening at leisure and overnight at hotel.
What Delhi Sightseeing Includes?
Old Delhi – Visit the former centre of Moghul Power, Old Delhi offers ancient monuments, narrow streets and bustling bazaars. Drive past the vast Red Fort, built in 1648, visit the Jama Masjid, the greatest mosque in India and completed in 1658 by Shah Jahan who also built the Taj Mahal, and the Raj Ghat, the simple memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.
New Delhi – Drive past the stately government buildings of the British Era designed by Lutyens, including the India Gate & the Presidential Palace. Continue onto the beautiful Humayuns tomb of the Mughal era & predecessor of the world famous Taj Mahal. End the tour at the towering minaret of Qutab Minar
Day 3- Agra – Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will be given city tour of Agra which includes visit to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Overnight at the hotel.
What is included in Agra Sightseeing Places ?
Red Fort – lies on the bend of the river Yamuna, almost in the heart of the town. Akbar built it as his citadel over the years 1563-73 in the finest architectural style. It has imposing gates and walls of red sandstone and a moat. Taj Mahal Little needs to be said about this architectural wonder which is always the soul raison-de-etre for every tourist’s visit to Agra . Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial to his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from it’s stunning design balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen. (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)
Day 4– Agra – Jaipur (260 Kms / 6Hrs)
After breakfast drive to Jaipur, en route visit Fatehpur Sikri Upon arrival in Jaipur check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5– In Jaipur
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning you will be given excursion to Amber Fort with Elephant ride.
Day 7- Sightseeing Pushkar
Morning after breakfast proceed to Pushkar. Reach pushkar in afternoon and day at sightseeing brhama temple, evening walk around pushkar holy lake and overnight at hotel.
How is Pushkar during Camel Fair?
If you are in Pushkar at the time of pushkar fair then full day at the fair. Built as ‘an explosion of fun, frolic, games and laughter’, the fair provides some wonderful photographic opportunities and is a rare change to see Rajasthani women decked out in all their traditional jewellery, dress and finery. It is worth getting up early to see the camels and tribes rousing themselves in the pink of the dawn desert light. Temple music wafts through the night, as the fires die down and the Rajasthani melodies played on the stringed ek-tara come to a close.
Day 8- Pushkar – Ajmer – Delhi (By train)
Morning visit the famous Brahma Temple , Later drive to Ajmer (15 Km) & transfer to the railway staion to board train for Delhi . Upon arrival at Delhi , you will be met and transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Note: If you wish to travel from Pushkar to Delhi by Car, then charges will be extra and our driver will drop you at Delhi International airport.
How to reach Delhi from Pushkar?
If you are looking for going Delhi from Pushkar, then there are several options like;
- If by Air, then you have to come at Jaipur Airport (165 Kms)
- If by road, then the road journey will be around 350 kms which will take around 7 Hrs
- If by train, then there are lot of trains running between Ajmer to Delhi, Ajmer Railway Station is 25 Kms from Pushkar. From Ajmer there are lots of AC Executive trains available to Delhi. All trains are very safe and comfortable for tourists.
Day 9: Depart Delhi
Today you will be transferred to the international airport in time to connect flight for onward destination.
